jey9 Terms and Conditions

To create an account on the jey9 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide a valid and active email address and mobile number.
• You are creating the account in your own name and for your own use.
• Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and up to date.

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. The following rules apply to account security:

• Never share your login details (username and password) with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is prohibited.

jey9 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. As part of verification, a copy of a national identity card, passport or other government-issued ID may be requested. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, forfeiture of the balance.

The following policies apply to deposits on the jey9 platform:

• The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
• Deposited funds must come only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• jey9 reserves the right to suspend or reject any deposit.

The following terms apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will be restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• If fraud is suspected, withdrawals will be held until the investigation is concluded.

All transactions on jey9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jey9 does not charge any currency conversion fee. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own fees, for which jey9 is not responsible.

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to receive and withdraw this bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you may withdraw after placing a total of ৳15,000 in wagers.

• Each bonus offer has its own detailed terms which must be read before claiming the bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is possible after the wagering requirement is met.
• Any attempt to earn bonuses through multiple accounts, false information or fraud will result in cancellation of all bonuses and winnings.
• jey9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be used at the same time.

The jey9 VIP program has four tiers and weekly cashback is awarded at each tier:

• Bronze tier: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver tier: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold tier: up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum tier: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play. The benefits and terms for each tier are determined by jey9 and are subject to change.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jey9 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through fraud, deception or software manipulation.
• Coordinating your own or another person's account for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Conducting transactions using illegal funds or attempting money laundering.
• Using automated bots or third-party software.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Harassing other members or behaving in an inappropriate manner.

If you engage in any of the prohibited activities listed above, jey9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without notice. In such cases, all balances and bonuses in the account will be forfeited and the relevant authorities may be notified.

All games on jey9 are operated securely and fairly. Our platform uses SSL encryption and fair play technology.
